1. As a college student, how do you define ?hard work??
Hard work for me is being able to do my work on time because I also work. Having to do homework after I come out of work, tire is the most difficult part for me as college student. Keeping up with all your work from 5 or 6 different classes while working is hard work.
2. How do you think your future students will define ?hard work??
My future students will define hard most likely the same. Doing homework for different classes.
3. Finally, list some general criteria for each of the following grades you will administer as a schoolteacher:
A=know what your doing
do most of the work if not all the work
change for class 95% of the time
participation for most of the time and regular attendance
B=do most of the work assigned, but not to full potential
change for class
participation and effort
C=do most of work
change 75% of time
not participating that much
D=almost no work at all

Socratic Questions
- Students go to school to find career path and well being paying jobs, to be social, and to see other's point of view
- I can verify that drawing connections between your lesson and real world is a valuable classroom strategy because students will find the class interesting and they will learn more. I believe is a good strategy to connect lesson to the real world because I think I learn better and find class more interesting than the regular class setting.
-Exercising at least 30 minutes a day will help you stay healthy and fit.
-In my classroom I am going to have students design the classroom to what they like and I will try to ask question to students and tell them to relate the questions and there answers to the real world.
- When teachers show that they have passion for what they are teaching students will feed of the teacher energy and they also become motivated. If students are motivated learning will learn easier and will have fun to learning.
- student motivation is learning things they care about and that is meaningful to them; this will motivate them to learn about the topic.

Culture of Success in the Classroom
In order for him to create a culture of success with my students, I will have to give them support, trust, and respect them and their ability. Letting my students know that if they give their best no matter what the results show to me they will always be succeed because I know sooner or later they will get it right. Showing trust in my students will also help me create a culture of success because it will improve students confidence in what they can do in class and outside of class. I will tell and show my students that if they try their best they will be rewarded for most of the time even if they are not as success as they were expected to be. Motivations is another key factor for students to succeed as you create a culture of success with your students in your class. Keeping students motivated will make learning easier for them and easier on you as a teacher.
To create a culture of successful you need to show beliefs in students; remind them that you expect their best. I find this helpful because when students start to become more successful, it will become much easier for students to give their best because they feel good with themselves when they are successful. I believe students or anyone likes the feeling of being successful.
I believe supporting students is one of the most important aspect to having a culture of success because if students see that your are always there for them, they will know that your care about them and their education. It also shows that you don't want to see them fail. When students feel that teachers are against them is usually because they are failing and they are not getting support from the teacher.
